Welcome to NextReady (nextready.dev). By purchasing, accessing, or using our product, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use NextReady.

1. General Terms

  • These Terms of Service apply to all users who purchase, activate, or use NextReady's digital product, which provides access to a private code repository.
  • By purchasing a license, you agree to abide by all conditions set forth in these terms.

2. Licensing and Access

  • Upon purchase, you will receive a license key and a secret key that grants you access to a private repository.
  • License keys and secret keys are for personal use only. You may not resell, share, or distribute them to third parties.
  • You are allowed to use the boilerplate for commercial projects, provided that the projects do not involve the resale or redistribution of the boilerplate itself.
  • Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or redistribution of the keys or the boilerplate will result in the immediate revocation of access to the repository, without refund.

3. Product Use

  • You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the digital product solely for personal or business purposes as allowed by your purchased license.
  • Modification of the repository for personal use is allowed; however, you are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or commercialize the product without explicit permission.
  • Any violation of these conditions will result in termination of access and possible legal action.

4. Revocation of Access

  • The owner of NextReady reserves the right to revoke your access to the repository if you:
    • Violate the terms of this agreement.
    • Share the license key or secret key with unauthorized users.
    • Use the product for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

5. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. There are no refunds available after purchase, except where required by law.

6. No Warranties

  • NextReady is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the product will be error-free or that access will be uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Under no circumstances shall NextReady or its owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

8. Compliance with Indonesian Law

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of this product will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.

9. Modifications to the Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the product after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
